1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Replacements (Case-by-Case)
We may offer a replacement account if:

• The account is invalid at delivery
• The account credentials do not work

All replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

3. Not Eligible for Replacement
We do NOT replace accounts if:

• The account is banned, locked, or altered after purchase due to your own actions
• You lose access due to your own actions
• You fail to secure the account

4. Abuse of Policy
Attempting to abuse the replacement system may result in denial of service and bans.
